and try to copy them, or even cheat
 
by buying Supermarket sauces in the hope of
 
creating that authentic taste!!

Whilst explaining the various spices and herbs
 
that make up that authentic taste,
 
along with her useful tips and tricks to make
the experience more immersive.

and taste the fruits of your own work
 
as you cook those mouthwatering dishes.
 
Although set in the home environment Sunita
 
has trained professionally and worked
 
in Londons Prestigious National Portrait Gallery
 
restaurant in Leicester Square.
 
Where she gained her level 2 for Food safety
 
in catering from the
 
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
 
 Giving you that peace of mind when stepping into
 
the Desi Master class Kitchen.
 
Whilst working in the Public sector for 23 years
 
Sunita’s drive and passion for cooking
 
and her ability to make the experience
 
fun and entertaining gave rise to the birth
